Precious Metals Recycling

Many gold and silver plating solutions contain measurable amounts of recoverable precious metals. Rebates are determined from representative samples extracted prior to shipment to determine the initial precious metal yield baseline. This yield is based on the aggregate gold and silver troy ounces per gallon at current market rates based on the Second London Fix. The final precious metal rebate will be based on an additional samples pulled at the time of pumping and final processing. All residual hazardous waste (cyanide) is managed and disposed of in this process. The most common gold and silver plating baths are as follows:

  • Gold Plate, Drag out & Strip Solutions
  • Silver Plate Solutions
  • Copper, Tin, Nickel or Solder Anodes
